Pillar 01
Curiosity as a job.
We treat questions like assignments — worth a week of research, worth a full episode, worth being wrong about publicly before being right about quietly.
About
We're a youth-led organisation publishing podcasts, research, articles, journals, surveys, and workshops. Same brief every time: make the thing you wish existed when you first got curious.
Founding pillars
Pillar 01
We treat questions like assignments — worth a week of research, worth a full episode, worth being wrong about publicly before being right about quietly.
Pillar 02
Not "someday." Right now. Every podcast, paper, and article here is proof that youth-led doesn't mean youth-later.
Pillar 03
Footnotes, drafts, edits, retractions — all of it. If curiosity is the job, transparency is the tool.
The founder

Jashitha Valluri
Founder & President
Jashitha founded Eunoia and Beyond at sixteen, which she'll tell you sounded easier than finishing her homework at the time. It wasn't — it was run on hope, youth energy, and a steady diet of caffeine, deadlines, and the occasional migraine pill.
What she built out of that is a research team that argues like PhD candidates, an articles team that rewrites a sentence twenty times before letting it go, a podcast team perpetually hunting down the next great guest, and a social media team that, in her words, keeps her sane.
The mission underneath all of it stayed simple: youth empowerment, real research, real conversations, real impact — minus the corporate stuff. Ask her who deserves the credit and she'll point at everyone but herself.
"Shoutout to my team — you're the actual glue here. I just show up and take credit."
